Benefits include improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased strength/balance, even for beginners. 4:30-7:00pm Keepin’ It Crafty: Scrap Fabric Wreath | 18+ 6:00-7:00pm Restorative Yoga | 18 + A gentle, slow-paced practice that focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction by using props like blankets and bolsters to fully support the body in comfortable, longer-held poses. Wednesday 10:30am Tiny Tots Storytime - Join Miss Anna for this fun filled, literacy focused program in which we wiggle, sing, rhyme, learn our ABCs, read and play. For babies and toddlers only, from birth to age three. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate! 2:00-5:00pm GED Class 18 + Work your way towards earning your high school diploma. 7:00pm Board Meeting Thursday 2:00-5:00pm GED Class 18 + Work your way towards earning your high school diploma.
